Introduction
of my tools for EP
There is case it is necessary when an Electric Powered RC Helicopter and
an Electric Powered RC Airplane are enjoyed.
I introduce the properties that are useful for these.

We
made the charger of PWM control & delta V perception type. The parent
power supply is the battery (24V) for the an automobile that connected
2 series.
We produced chargers containing 2 circuits 3 unit.
Those make it possible to charge 6 batteries simultaneously. (About 35
minutes)
Photograph is the charger that I am bringing in a flight area. Those are
using IC 'MAX713' for NiCd battery charging.
A circuit has been made on the basis of a maker recommendation circuit.
We bought IC and data with Akiduki Tuusyou of Tokyo Akiba field. Those
required about 10,000 yen.

I purchased this with the minami musen of Akiba field before about 6. The
price was 30,000 yen.
When an Electric Powered RC Helicopter is flown,we require that a flight
time is grasped. Battery lack is connected to a crash. Thereupon, I thought
the utilization of this computer. It has come to work superbly in the riverside
of Ooi River.
Function: 0-4min A buzzer sounds every one minute.
The number that a buzzer sounds informs time when passed. When time passed
4 minutes a tone changes. A more special sound is sent every 30 seconds.
As for this the grasp in detailed time enables. PROGRAM is written in BASIC
language. It is an easy program.
A similar function is attached, to a recent high-quality Proportional.
However, my system that a sound is big, to be able to change to fond of
setting differs. A black thing that exists left a photograph is the speaker
for a car stereo. It is the thing that was attached to my car before. It
has been connected to the outside speaker terminal of HC88.
An assistant and other persons are able to grasp time when passed during
flight.
This is a general wide band receiver.
Ooi River where I am always flying is a vast flight area. However, the
lover of RC helicopter and RC airplane show suddenly and transmit a radio
wave. It is a very dangerous deed.
There is the person who manners are lacking rarely. Also, there is the
person who there is not the recognition of radio wave interference.
I make it a rule to send a radio wave after I confirm whether the frequency
of oneself does not do interference.
A photograph is the wide band receiver 'AOR2002' that I am using. This
is the thing before 10 years over. At the present moment, a smaller good
thing is sold. This machine type is not recommended.
RC band of 40MHz and 72MHz are had been remembered to a memory. All bands
are scanned always.
I am always hoping safety.
When an Electric Powered RC Helicopter and an Electric Powered RC Airplane
are enjoyed, the maintenance of a motor is the important work that can
not lack it.
An Electric Powered RC Helicopter decreases power when the maintenance
of a motor lacks. A various method is reported in a model forum of NIFTYServe.
Here, I introduce my method and the tool.
(1) Fiber brush: "MARS-FIBRASOR" STAEDTLER

This is one kind of an eraser. In Japan, we can buy in a big stationery
store and a picture material store.
It is called "fiber brush".
The bunch of thin fiber is included. We put out necessary length from the
tip of a fiber pen. And, it becomes beautiful easily when a black -ization
commuter is stroked lightly.
The eraser containing sand is used for the maintenance of a motor well.
There is not the difference of cleaning performance.
However, there is the next merit.
I think that cleaning work is had better do every 10 flights, in the case
that I am using 02H of Tamiya with 9.6V on an experience.
Fiber that was broken falls. Pay attention so as not to be attached
to a hand. It sticks to a hand and be dangerous.
In this way, the commuter of a motor is cleaned.
(2) Micro Lathe: a commuter

As
for a motor a commuter becomes uneven, when the use number increases. This
is the cause of motor power down.In the case that the power supply is 9.6V
especially, the trend is strong.
I grind a commuter with this lathe every 20 flights.
In this way, power revives.
